In November, 2007 the U.S Consumer Product Safety Commission and Spin Master Pty Ltd, announced a voluntary recall of all Aqua Dots products. All product should be returned to the supplier.

In February 2017 Moose Toys decided to voluntarily recall the Little Live Pet Lil Frog (28217) and Lil Frog Lily Pad (28218) products. This was due to a design defect which means in some remote cases the batteries may rupture on removal from the battery compartment.
This voluntary recall is only limited to these two Frog products and does not impact any other items in the Little Live Pets range.
